I lead cross-functional engineering teams building cloud-native products across the full stack: from React microfrontends and GraphQL APIs to Go microservices and AWS infrastructure. My work sits at the intersection of architecture, delivery, and people - making sure we build the right things, the right way, without burning the team out in the process.

I believe you can't make good architectural decisions from one side of the codebase. So I stay close to the full picture: how data flows through a system, how a UI feels in someone's hands, and how a team stays motivated shipping both.
